Do we need in-house data science skills to work with Tessera?
No. We work alongside teams with varied technical backgrounds. Where in-house expertise exists, we integrate with it. Where it doesn't, we include documentation and handover sessions so your team can manage and extend what we build.
Are the prices on your site fixed?
The prices listed represent the standard scope for each service. If your requirements differ — for example, a larger dataset or additional integration points — the scope and price would be adjusted accordingly. We discuss this before any agreement is made.
How is our data handled during the engagement?
Data handling is documented as part of every project agreement. We work within your existing governance policies and do not retain client data beyond the engagement period unless specifically agreed. Any processing boundaries are clarified before work begins.
Can we start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Many clients begin with a single engagement — often Data Pipeline Optimisation as a foundation — and build from there. Our services are designed to complement each other, so starting with one does not limit what's possible later.
